​​​​​​My name is Lesley and I have a passion for animals, the countryside and being outdoors.

 

Having a family dog during my childhood in Somerset and spending many happy days walking him (a gorgeous golden retriever called Sandy) with my mum and our elderly neighbour’s dogs (four shelties) I have developed a love, understanding and respect for dogs. When I was in my twenties this led me to volunteering at weekends at Ferne Animal Sanctuary, near Chard helping out in the kennels – cleaning, preparing the meals, walking the dogs and giving them lots of affection.

 

After living in London for many years, I am now living in Taunton, Somerset with it's beautiful surrounding countryside and have made a lifestyle choice to combine my love of dogs with my love for walking and the countryside. 

 

I offer a reliable and trustworthy service in the Taunton area and will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your specific needs. I appreciate how dogs enhance and bring joy to so many people’s lives and will treat each dog with respect and loving care.

 

I am a member of NarpsUK (National Association of Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers), hold an up-to-date Dog First Aid Certificate, have Full Public Liability Insurance (including key insurance) and am Police (DBS) checked. Copies of these documents are available on request.
